COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just outside the valley of Creemore, where the Mad & Noisy rivers collide, so too do our brewers’ imaginations. How else could anyone imagine the Belgian tradition of a farmhouse ale collaborating so harmoniously with the CITRUS TONES of lemon & orange. In this case, the result is Sunny & Share, an intriguing ORCHESTRATION of malt, hops, and citrus peel that crescendos with a hint of clove. All conspiring to create a refreshing and crisp beer, perfect for sharing.

Tap at Beer Academy. Hazy pale straw colour. Thick white head. The nose is lightly spicy and clovey with lots of lemon citrus and some light fruitiness. A touch of pear and banana. Light bitterness. Quite a nice refreshing brew.

2013-09-13. Crisp yellow body with foamy white head and lace. 3+ Aroma is interesting with a spice character that I want to call coriander but is not explicitly so. Flavour is also interesting, bit fruity, with a very lightly floral spice undercurrent, blends together and it is hard to tease apart. Mild fruit in the finish has citrus notes and a whisper of peach. Smooth average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. On tap at Beer Academy, Toronto

Where and how: on tap @ Beer Academy
Aroma very pleasant , proper citrus, wheat feel , mild clove and ginger. 7+
Appearance:
Top: large white creamy crown.
Base: hazy amber.
Palate : average carbonation. ,medium thinner body. Drinkable.
Taste: floral, citrusy hops with sweet malts , slight Belgian accents.
Other notes well brewed, maybe tad thin flavour wise but this should work during hot summer days.

A surprisingly decent saison. Good notes of malted wheat, subtle spice, some great pungent grassy hops and a touch of tartness. Much better than i expected.

A refreshing twist on a wheat , but technically not a wheat. Pours with a nice head, crisp flavour, kind of citrus, no banana a bit spicy A real beer alternative to a Radler Not for everyday but I would drink it anyday

473 ml can from TBS, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Hazy amber with a nice light tan foam. Aroma: Bright citrus, pleasant light tropical esters, a bit metallic, spicy green herbal notes, lemon peel, a little wheat and yeast, pretty nice. Palate: Medium body, somewhat lively effervescence. Flav.: Toasted wheat, very light tropical fruit esters, light spiciness, a little green bitter herb, light yeast, lots of fresh citrus peel; dry with moderate bitterness and a pleasant wheat and lemon finish.

A little heavy-handed with the peel, perhaps. Good though.
