Very nice golden colour, with a beige head. Not incredibly carbonated by a long shot. Caramel flavours seem most dominant, and has a bit of bitterness. Can tell the difference versus pasteurized bottles and cans. GRM (1253), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 8, 2007 473mL can: Clear amber color with off-white head of two fingers and nice lace, looks like it is cask conditionned. Fruit and malt nose. Flavor is exceptionally well balanced and the quality ingredients used are very apparent. Initially the maltiness is present and is well finished by the bittersweet finish of the hops. Mouthfeel is pleasant. I would love to try this one on tap at a brewpub if that is possible.
