Pours gold/orange, with a white head. Aroma is hops, grass, grain, and malt. Flavor is hops, grain, grass, and malt. A simple, easy to drink beer. thanks to HogTownHarry for this bottle.

One of my standard favourites to get, figured this would be a good place to start building my list. Very nice golden colour, with a beige head. Not incredibly carbonated by a long shot. Caramel flavours seem most dominant, and has a bit of bitterness. Can tell the difference versus pasteurized bottles and cans.

A well made lager that I haven’t had in sometime. Balanced and enticing. Re-rate we get this on tap now in Alberta balanced towards malt and I tasted and smelled more baked cookies that hops. Re-rate 3.1 of the Molson/Coors product. Page 129 of Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide only 423 Classic Brews to go.

473mL can: Clear amber color with off-white head of two fingers and nice lace, looks like it is cask conditionned. Fruit and malt nose. Flavor is exceptionally well balanced and the quality ingredients used are very apparent. Initially the maltiness is present and is well finished by the bittersweet finish of the hops. Mouthfeel is pleasant. I would love to try this one on tap at a brewpub if that is possible.

A very tasty beverage from a local brewery in Creemore Springs Ontario. I was very impressed with this beer from start to finish. Nice amber colour, not to common in most lagers i’ve tried. A grainey sort of aroma which reminds me of my moms fresh baked bread from when I was a kid. The flavour at first resembles the aroma, you can defintly taste the malt in this beer, but it does not overpower the flavor of the beer. The citrusy finish reminds me of Hockley Gold. A very tasty beer overall, I would certainly drink this again. Support Local Breweries!!!!!!!

341ml bottle - pours an orangey golden shade with a decent white head. Not too fizzy. I poured this one side by side with a glass of Labatt Blue, and it was amazing how much more vibrant in colour the Creemore is. Aroma is some grain, bread, and sweet malt with some floral hops in the background. Flavour has more of the same breadiness, with the sweet malt in the foreground and grassy, lightly citrusy hops taking up the back end. Dry in the finish with a mild bitterness. Quite satisfying for a lager (a style of which I’m not usually a fan) and probably the best of the Ontario bunch. Good flavour, quite decent. Whenever I have to entertain groups of non-beer nerds, I go for this. Good to see that Molson hasn’t totally ruined it...yet.
