Lubiere (4463), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Jan 30, 2006 341 mL bottle from LCBO single bins. Dark golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with herbal hops notes. In mouth, quite a pleasing lager, with slightly sweet biscuit malt, and pungeant german hops, with some mineral chalky notes. Medium bodied. Good thing Molson didnt fudge up the recipe on this one. blankboy (3157), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 5, 2006 Bottle. Ah Creemore, such a frustrating beer. This is my 2nd attempt at rating it. The first time I rated it my review was pretty unflattering and the score was quite low. So low that I decided to wait and rate it again. I’ve since then had it several times without rating it and liked it. Then, when I finally decide to rate it again, even though it scores a little higher this time, it’s still lower then the times when I didn’t rate it. So, sorry Creemore but you are going to have to be more consistent with your beer, I am not rating it a third time. Pours a clear bubbly golden-orange with an average size creamy white head. Aroma of grain, malt, a hint of fruit and slight hops. Although I didn’t really like the aroma that much, I still preferred it to last time (I wrote for the aroma "a goat chewed a bunch of grain and yeast and his shit smelled like this"). Bland, mild flavour of grain, malt and faint hops. Average at best. I don’t know, I often find Creemore decent enough but too often it’s not that good. Maybe, despite what I wrote, I’ll attempt a third review. Maybe. Trev (850), Lakeville, Minnesota, USA Jan 1, 2006 Bottle: Pours an orange copper with a thin white head.
Aroma is malty, baking bread. Yeasty. .
Flavour is strong malt. Slightly fruity. zevie1975 (4), Barrie, Ontario, Canada does not count Nov 19, 2005 Creemore Springs is on of the highest quality micro brews i have every tasted. the flavour and aroma are very unique. this beer is widley avaliable in ontario. hope the rest of the world can enjoy it as easily some day. DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA Oct 4, 2005 (500 ml bottle: Obtained in trade with hopdog, thanks Steve!) Hmm, this is a nice surprise for me. A premium lager from Canada, and it’s actually pretty good! It tastes a bit British to me with a mild and lighlty sweet maltiness, some nut, fruit and tea, a gentle bitterness and maybe a touch of tart citrus in the finish. Nutty and fruity in the nose. Light-medium in body, lightly carbonated and is one smooth and easy drinking beer on the palate. Bright orange in color and fully hazy in appearance, the body is topped by a small white head that quickly fades to a tiny ring. Looks are this beer’s stong point obviously, but this is still a tasty brew. paco (204), Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada Sep 24, 2005 On tap at the Queenshead in Toronto. Creamy, light aroma. Dark yellow, almost orange in the light. Medium size white head with a bit of lacing. Malty, creamy taste. Not much to it though, fairly thin. Smooth drink with a slight bite. SpringsLicker (2041), Tennessee, USA Sep 12, 2005 Clear, deep gold color with a long lasting head of puffy foam.
Sweet malt aroma, little hops.
Light sweet flavor with little bitterness. Smooth and filling for a Lager. Not bad. Tristan (14), Ontario, Canada Sep 7, 2005 Enjoyed this beer, great taste, goes down smooth, nice finish. Well rounded beer
