This is a good lager. DavidP (1743), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 7, 2004 Crystal clear amber body, creamy white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Oatmeal cookie dough with a touch of earth and grass. Light caramel and roast nutty flavor with a certain fruity tartness. It’s faint, but reminds me of taffy and milk. This beer gets good ratings in the technical categories but lacks in the overall because while it’s well-made and enjoyable, it’s just not that interesting. Yeah, twist-off bottle, time to give my church key a rest!
Clear amber color, decent layer of bubbly white foam.
Aroma, fresh, open, airy, and otherwise vapid.
taste: hmmm, eh, blah, and, otherwise, ordinary, some malt peeks through in the end, and shows some sweetness...not too terrible, after all, but not much else.
Not bad, but not all that ...well... anything...
light body, small texture, tiny finish...
inoffensive, though...

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 3, 2004 Bottled 0.5 l. A golden amber colour, with a almost nonexistant white head. Probably the best lager I’ve ever tried. Has a nice and rich taste. A huge thanks goes to a friend who brought it from Canada. dirkules (613), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 8, 2004 Updated: Sep 9, 2004Finally, a canadian lager I can completely get myself wrapped around. It’s a nice amber colour and although there are quite a few bubbles floating to the top there's really scant carbonation. The taste is woodsy and cirtus sweet with a malt to it. I wonder if creemore actually smells and tastes like this. I would definitely recommend this as the one off lager over all others to my friends. nickchalk (229), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 1, 2004 Golden amber, off-white head. Quite hoppy for a lager, British-style hops mainly. Flavour is nicely balanced, malt is fresh. Tasty. Bottle. sleepdirt (169), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 19, 2004 Nice hoppy ale, almost a cream ale.
Amber colour with strong hop/malt components. Floral notes with graham wafer finish. Although its a great beer, it’s not up to the hype. pintbypint (1004), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 1, 2004 Sample taken from 500ml screw top bottle. Pours dark gold, head is creamy white and long lasting. Richer and maltier than most Canadian lagers.
