Tried it tap; don’t know about the bottled variety. cfrancis (293), Gloucester, Ontario, Canada Jan 2, 2009 Amber colour, great lager. One of my favourites. Nutty taste with a caramel aftertaste. kempicus (350), Wellington, New Zealand Dec 12, 2008 Tried thanks to Poperinge! Pours a light copper which is darker than your usual lager and i like it, it looks inviting. Firm malt nose followed by a slightly nutty flavour remeniscient of creamed pine nuts. crisp finish, very refreshing. terrybail (331), London, Ontario, Canada Oct 28, 2008 Bottle from th LCBO

Light amber color with a fine head. Malt-centered aroma with caramel. Big malt flavor, caramel, nuts, amber malts. Almost a Vienna. Decent hops. A decent malty lager, though not really special. pacaus (49), Dublin, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 17, 2008 Definitely a great tasting lager! If I were drinking a lager this be one of my preferred ones everettvh (34), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Aug 30, 2008 473 ml can from LCBO. A great looking dark amber lager, with a short white head. Good lacing. Slightly flowered aroma. Very creamy mouthfeel. Balanced flavor. My new favourite Canadian lager.
