Not a strong but a very refreshing taste. Beautiful amber colour with a nice head. A clean finish, one of my favourite craft lagers. Nice on tap or by the bottle. Great for a pint or six. garthicus (1274), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Not corn or wet socks here. Very smooth and surprising mouthfeel for a lager. dangermoose (9), Alberta, Canada does not count | 4.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Dec 26, 2007 I’ve plugged this as session beer in the forums. Pours a medium bronze. Head is a rich wheat colour, but not quite robust and persists for about a minute. In the first sip, there are subtle hints of biscuit and freshly baked bread. This only persists for one or two sips and gives way to a full, floral and mildly spicy flavour. Medium, noticable carbonation and thick, pleasing mouthfeel. This is my favourite beer. lowg (123), Scarborough, Ontario, Canada

First time rating it since MolsonCoors took over. Its still a decent beer, better than anything else Molson puts out but it seems like it has changed since the last time. I could just be paranoid but it felt a little dumbed down to me. probstk (1027), Nepean, Ontario, Canada

App.: Medium amber, clear, remnants of an off white head.
Aroma: A light blend of nuts, malts, bread, bread crust, and floral/herbal hops.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Bread crust, darker malts, some burnt sugar, light herbal/grassy hops, light nuttiness; slightly off-dry and lightly bitter with a soft malty finish.
Still a well-crafted and highly quaffable beer. A great beer to wean die-hards from their macro security blankets. Gpnterojd (163), Orangeville, Ontario, Canada

Taste is bread, yeast, mild malt and a little hops. Not bad -- certainly a stronger flavour than most other lagers. From memory. Bobsy (194), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
