On Tap at Wingers in Nampa, ID, August 18th. It was a bit flat and had no real head. Fairly light for an amber and nice woody malt flavors. That slight sour tang it had was a bit like cider and it put me off a bit, It was also fairly hoppy or bitter rather, and bright for the style, I thought. I am glad to see a new brewer in the area though and will be watching for other Crescent offerings around the area.

Tap @ Bittercreek: Pours a clear amber color with a small head. The nose is lightly malty with some caramel malt note and light hops. The flavor is balanced; easy drinking, and probably on the lighter side for an amber. Finishes clean and smooth. Good safe intro into the beer market for this new brewery out of Nampa, I’m excited to see what else they can do.
