Thinnish tan head. Copper color. Very thin body without the heavy malty character I associate with Oktoberfests. Drinkable, but not a beer that I would have again.

I sampled this beer on tap at the brewpub in New Orleans. The beer had a earthy hop aroma with some roasty malt notes too. It was a light brown-amber color, was clear, and had a small, tan head with low retention and cling. The flavor was earthy hop and some grain, with a bit of malt, and a bit acidic, almost vinegar-ish. It had a thinner, light body with a smooth, light finish and low carbonation. I was not impressed with this beer at all.

on tap-pours a thin light tan head and hazy copper color. Aroma is medium malt-sweet, roasty/peat. Taste is medium malt-sweet, roasty/peat, secondary copper/earthy hops. Light side of medium body. OK effervescence.

Draft. Amber pour with minimal off-white head. Nose was malty and earthy with a taste similar. Nice smooth enjoyable beer. Definitely my favorite of the beers I tried at CCB.

Dark amber body with little head. Aroma is sweet with some earthy tones. Mostly malt sweetness in the flavor. Your average Marzen.

Draft. Ok aroma with a orange body and thin head. Flavor is decent but seriously lacking something. Decently balanced.
