UPDATED: DEC 31, 2010 Enjoyed at the New Orleans Brew Pub...and wow, no technicalities, this has been the only true to the Czech/Deutsch Pils that I have had brewed in the states. Well done...wish I lived closer.

I had this beer a while back and from what I can remember I enjoyed it. I’ve had this at the pub/brewery so it was fresh.
Nothing special about it is popping into my head at the moment.

Draft @ brewpub. Clear gold. Glassy. Old world hops in the aroma signal a genuine attempt at making a real pils! Grassy hops. Very dry and clean and Germanic. Thin but crisp and clean. Not bad.

Very pale yellow with fizzy bubbles and a light, sweet aroma. Very light body with a surprising amount of bitterness. More of a bite to this beer than your average macro-wanna-be. Tasty and refreshing, especially since in New Orleans you can buy a big plastic cup of this and just walk around the streets in the languid humidity, drinking.
