2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A beer that with a few tweeks has the potential to be a great bavarian style pils. Not too dry or hoped, but needs more malt to it. I suspect the New Orleans water is a little too clorinated or something, but the idea of a less hoped pils is good.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap, brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow body with a slight haze and a small floating island of wispy white head. The nose is a bit corn laced with some lightly bready malt ad a touch of German hops. The flavor is a little watery, but there are some hops in here. The corn comes out a bit much on the finish though. Light and pretty crisp despite the corn. A little bit of a soapy note on the late finish. Overall pretty average for most brewpub Pilsners. Some flaws.
