Beautiful beer, smells great easy drinking, but the flavor is not as full as you could expect. Good, but not great.

On draught at brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with no head. Light-to-medium body with mostly caramel flavor. Very slight bitterness in dry finish. Otherwise, lacking.

2012-03-17. Crisp red brown body, small off-white head. Mild malty aroma, lightly toasty, hints at caramel. Similar Flavour, sort of dry caramel touches. Average to light bodied palate. Okay, something about it is not to my tastes though. On tap at the brewpub

On tap at Crescent City. Pours a clear orange copper with a small off white head. The aroma is a floral hops and wheat. Medium mouthfeel with a rich malt and caramel flavor. Easy to drink a good Vienna from Crescent City.

1/21/12. On tap at the brewery. Clear amber pour with a nice khaki head. Light toast flavor that basically is sweet and.. caramel. This brewery sucks. Seriously.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Oakes (10191) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 17, 2012
Golden amber colour. Not much head. Amber malt nose with light hops. Toasty and maybe a bit of biscuity sweetness. Decent enough Vienna.

Draft @ brewpub. Amber and glassy. Caramel malts aroma. Very bland. Toasty malts and notice else but is clean and sometimes that is all you can ask for.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 DiarmaidBHK (1528) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 9, 2011
Draft at brewpub. A pretty big name for such a bland beer. Pours reddish tint with a slightly caramel nose. A bit of malt on the tongue. I didn’t get much hop action.
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 BückDich (5468) - McCall, Idaho, USA - APR 26, 2011
Tap @ Brewery: Pours a dark amber color, no head. Nose of faint diacetyl and some caramel notes. The flavor is thin and undercarbonated, more diacetyl and some grassy notes in the finish.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Ceebs25 (475) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - MAR 24, 2011
On tap at the brewhouse during Mardi Gras in NO. Not a whole lot risks were taken here, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. This was a well made, balanced, simple beer. Some lightly dark cream, sudsy head, a medium-light body, and standard looking orange-red in color. The feel is well carbonated and finishes light citrusy bitter. Mixed fruit, nut, grain, and earth as well. Not bad.
2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 BillKismet (2760) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 20, 2011
Test tube concocted luminescent orange brew with no head. Rather feint nose of amorphous character. The body exudes a distasteful combination of malt and skunky hops--perhaps a problem in the brewpub lines--or this beer is just that bad??
