On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of bready, crackery malt, peppery spices. Flavor of sweet bready malt upfront, with some light fruits. A touch sweet but otherwise decent bock. 6/4/6/3/13 (3.2/5)

weird that there’s no written information about this beer on the web site -- or even in the brewhouse. "Seasonal Beer", which the waiter said was a bock. it was ok. didn’t make me want to have another.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold-amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, Bavarian hops, nuts, and earthy notes. Flavor of caramel malts, butterscotch, nuts, Bavarian hops, tea, and earth. Light-bodied, with a nutty, earthy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Decent beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark gold/light amber with a thin white head. Mild malty aroma. Perhaps a bit of stick candy. The flavor is thicker than the other beers with a medium sweetness and some moderate heat. This is smooth and drinkable for an 8% abv beer.

Decent overall, but reminded me of a watered down version of Abita Bock. The two breweries must be sharing recipes.

Banana yellow color with a thin head and a very smooth mouthfeel. Initial taste is tangy with an almost lemon flavor to it. Light in body but I found the tang a little too pungent for me. They have better beers here.

Hazy, deep golden with a decent head, nice lace patterns. Very crisp and sharp with an overt carbonation. Curious, fruity and yeasty aroma. Dry, bitter finish.
