Draft... Very cloudy, straw-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The nose is full of banana and bubblegum with hints of lemon and sourdough. Very well-balanced, tangy, refreshing flavor. Underripe banana. Light-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Medium-length, tart and tangy finish. Their best offering!

Draught at Crescent City Brewery, New Orleans.
Hazy light orange body, fine white head. Wheat, yeast and banana aroma. Banana and citrus is dominating in the flavor. Smooth and light in taste. A very nice weissbier!

Draught: This was perhaps the better of the beers that I had here. It is a cloudy, light golden-yellow color. Big head, with decent lacing. Bready, yeasty nose, with a slight hint of lemon (no slices were evident). Good wheat body and taste. There was a slight hint of banana to the taste. Slightly spicy finish. Very good!

A pretty good beer....very typical of the style....clove, banana, citrus, etc....spicy bubblegum edges that became more prominent as it warmed.

Kinda smells ike a Kroger when you walk towards the fresh produce section. Has the typical after bite of a wheat, which I personally despise. However, it has a quite complex character in itself.

Cloudy yellow with a strong, spicey nose. Tons of banana flavor with lots of spice to back it up. Spicey clove, corriander and almost ginger. Very traditional German Wheat flavors.

Looked like orange juice, without the pulp. HUGE banana sweetness in the flavor and aroma; clove follows closely behind. Smooth and soft on the tongue with a mild carbonation. Very light bitterness attempts to complement the sweetness. Overall, a rather tasty beer.

Banana and clove of equal parts in the nose, clean, slightly off crisp, appropriately cloudy and yellow in color, some interesting light musk off flavors and sour fruit. One of the better brews you can get at the brewery and in New Orleans and versatile enough to have with crab and crawfish as well as gumbo and jambalaya.
