Hazy dull blonde. The aroma is quite yeasty, phenolic. Definitely a bit weizenbocky, strong, with lots of yeast and some slight bubblegummy phenols. Unbalanced - too much alcohol.

Seasonal tap @ brewpub. Hazy pale yellow with nicer lacing than the other brews. Spritzy citrus tangerine rind. Slick palate. The flavors have a lot is bitterness, which is not mixing well with the phenolic esters. For the best looking of the bunch is also the dirtiest.

dark pour with a med tan head. this beer is a seasonal, it was the best beer on tap when i was there.

the seasonal winter offering...great lacing..low end foamy head...is a nice simple brew...no alcohol detected...just enough of both worlds in this bier...smooth...
