Bottled@vPBFIII. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, sappy and resiny. Flavour is very similar, with also some berries along to it, and the nectary notes are stronger/cleaner. Quite standard and straight forward IPA, which still maintains the balance.

Bottle from Rudat, Dortmund; bb 19.08.14
Hazy amber color with large creamy head, persistent. The aroma is purely hoppy, with some fruits and some sweat. Good body, the mouthfeel is lean, a good balance between strength and drinkability; malt flavor, touch of toffee, with light residual sweetness; the bitterness is perfectly balanced, the hop provides a good mix of stone fruits and soft resins.
One would not believe it’s a strong beer; well brewed.

Bottle. A lightly unclear, dark golden beer with a small, off-white head. Piney, citrusy aroma with a touch of alcohol. Malts too. A bit sweet on the palate, but nice anyway. Pale malts, citrus peel, pine cones and alcohol. A nice bitterness too, all the way, finishing mostly bitter, with citrus peel and some pineapple. A bit simple and straightforward, but it’s a fine beer anyway. 140418
