Dunkel bernsteinfarben und sehr trüb wirkt es optisch bereits sehr gehaltvoll. Intensives Passionsfrucht-Aroma kommt der Nase selbst durch den dünnen Flaschenhals schon entgegen. Im Geschmack ist es kräftig fruchtig von reichlichem Aromahopfen, die Bitterkeit mit malziger Restsüße abgerundet, auf der Zunge zeigt sich erfrischende Rezenz. Der Abgang ist krätig-herb und lang. Insgesamt bei kräftigem Geschmack und Aroma in verschiedene Richtungen und einem Bockbier-artigen Alkoholgehalt ein dennoch sehr ausgewogenes und exquisites Biererlebnis, und mittlerweile mein Lieblingsbier (und IPA meine Lieblingsbiersorte).

pours hazy dark amber with fluffy white head. Multilayered aroma, sweet malt, tart gooseberry, juicy tangerine, caramel malt, some yeast esters. Medium carbonation, pear drops, lupulin, light body, gooseberry. Herbal bitterness in a long finish. I detect kiwi hops and I like it. Balanced yet full flavoured and far too easy to drink.

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head and lacings. Nose is pine, grapefruit and peach. Bitter and dry flavor with grassy hops and a touch of yeast. Really bitter and dry. Quite decent.

330ml bottle from Redhot in Munich. Pours a hazed red-orange colored body with an inch thick, creamy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is pretty solid with lots of fruity hops and a nice caramel note. Citruses, a touch of strawberry, plenty of florals, and some pines. Flavor is similar. Lots of floral hops with citruses, pines, a bit of a strawberry note, and a medium sweet caramel. Finishes dry and moderately bitter with a nice sweetness, lots of fruity hops, and a few resins. Lengthy aftertaste following medium body and a moderate, soft carbonation. Overall, a really well done IPA. Balanced, fruity, bitter, and lightly sweetened. Great change of pace from all the lagers and wheats around here.

Trübes Bernstein mit feinporigem Schaum. Fruchtig-exotisches Aroma (Ananas, Passionsfrucht) mit reichlich Hopfen. Vollmundiger Antrunk. Fruchtig-süßer Start der süffigen Art, citrus-grasiger Hopfen leitet in den nicht zu bitteren Abgang über. Besitzt Tiefe und ist ausdrucksstark, gefährlich süffig obendrein!

Dobre i smaczne IPA. może troche za mala piana byla ale mimo to pachnie chmielami, ma odpowiedni smak dobrych IPA. Chmiele roznego typu razem komponowaly sie wspaniale dawaly zywiczny posmak lupuliny, kolor bursztynowy. Bardzo pijalne piwo z Monachium

080313. Bottle at Pekko, Tampere. Pours clear copper with a nice head. Aroma hops, citrus. Slightly sweet hoppy taste. Not Bad.

Bottle. Nice hoppy aroma - citrus, pine, geranium, some peach and other tropical fruit, floral and grassy. Medium bodied with slightly oily hops and a strong bitterness. Full-blown hoppy taste but it’s not over the top. Geranium, pine and citrus in the aftertaste. Despite it’s alcohol content, it’s a dangerously sessionable brew. Great!

Good, solid India pale ale. Well balanced, not the most hoppiest one in this style.
