Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2015. Dark amber, little tanned head. Nose is mellow sweetish, pine resin, a bit too heavy on sugar, caramel,… Taste is light herbal, big sweetish bread malts, candy, too sweet for the style but oaky with some dull bread,… Lightly fizzy, bread body,… (Thanks for sharing!)

Bottles direct from Crew in Munich. The neighbor and I have bought 10 cases so far. With free delivery inside German (usually within 3 days to Kaiserslautern, this is our “daily drinker” for sure. Very hoppy beer. Golden orange in color with an off white head. It has a citrus notes, a little bit of pine with a strong hoppy flavor. Easy drinker with just the right amount of IPA bite. I find it has a better overall flavor than Crew’s Imperial IPA, 7:45 Escalation, which has a bit more alcohol finish.

Tap. clear amber pour, thin head, little lacing. Aroma, little bit of caramel, fair bit of pine hop goodness. Taste is a bit unbalanced in favor of the bitterness. Fine overall.

matbli (130) - Poznań, POLAND - JUN 28, 2015
Bottle 330 ml, pours light clear amber with white fast falling head. Aroma is very malty for an IPA with notes of hay, toast, caramel and additionaly some hoppy notes of flowers and tropical fruits. Also in taste the malt sweetness is very strong for the style but it’s very nicely balanced with a medium bitterness. Medium bodied with low carbonation what makes it quite good drinkable. Enjoyable IPA.
