Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake Taniguchi). Light yasty nose, rounded sweet fruity nose. Dull light amber/brown color. Fruity initial, dates, some citrus, small tropical fruit notes, light hopping in mid and final. Thin body. Looks dirty and tastes a bit unrefined. But quite malty and good in rude way.

Tap at Mel’s. Aroma lots of caramel, pale golden colour. Taste is really restrained in way of hoppiness, lots of caramel though. Good beer, but could use more hops.

Bottle from bottle shop. Pours slightly cloudy, minimal head, and deep golden in colour. Strong mandarine and grape aroma. Some malt bread components come through, almost toast. Finishes a bit sweet for me, could perhaps be balanced with slightly higher bittering. Nice beer though.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2015 Bottle 33cl. (from Gourmondo.de). Cloudy light amber brown, small frothy off-white head, diminishes quickly, light lacing; sweet malty aroma, candy sugar, caramel, light citrus; taste medium sweet and light bitter, caramelly, fruity notes; light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste light dry sweetbitter, bit herbal in the finish; quite mediocre brew, lacks character.

Dark blond colour. Thin head. Low carbonation. Very malty aroma, some fructose and caramel too. Malty flavour but with perhaps too much fruity sweetness.

Bottiglia 33cl @ Giangaspero. Chiara con schiuma abbastanza persistente. Si beve bene, un pò di agrumato ma non invasivo, leggera
