COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hazy orange color, steady white head, lots of yeast in the bottom of the glass. Grapefruit-citrus and peach in the nose, resiny notes. Medium-bodied. Very fruity flavor, nice American style hoppyness. Sweetish notes, peach, some citrus. My second APA from Germany and nice one.

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Melon, lychee and grapefruit in the aroma. Earthy hopbitter flavor with hints of tropical fruit. Plastic notes. The hops could be more outspoken, but this is a pleasant ale.

Koelschtrinker (8483) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - DEC 26, 2011
Weich hopfiger Antrunk, trocken bitter, die Hopfigkeit sinkt rapide. Wässrig, weiterhin trocken, etwas laff. Ein Hauch von Zitronenmelisse zum Ende. Nichts Besonderes. 8/8/8/7/9/7

hopscotch (8215) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle… Hazy golden ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet is a malty, hoppy swirl of tropical fruits, citrus fruits, tea biscuit and light caramel. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and busy carbonation. Near perfect balance here. Citrusy, acrid hop bitterness is flanked closely by tea biscuit and caramel malt sweetness. Short, crisp, mildly bitter finish. Bottle courtesy of Erlangernick!

courtesy of Toni Flükiger - cloudy dark orange beer with a modest foam left; decently hoppy aroma with notes of caramel and flowers; moderate carbonation and medium-bodied, a fair but not aggressive bitterness; quite dry and with a long hoppy finish where notes of caramel dominate

pivnizub (8000) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - NOV 18, 2012
Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, small off-white foamy layer, moderate to solid fruity(citrus fruits, exotic fruits, what else...) hoppy nose over a distinctive malty base; dry, still not too dry, bitter-sweet flavour, surely medium bodied; increasing dry hoppiness in the lingering fruity-malty finish. A very nice brew…

Travlr (7984) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - JAN 29, 2012
Bottle courtesy of Jonas, thanks. Hazy yellow, mediumfluffy white head. Aroma of grass and straw. Taste is bitter straw. Aroma is much better than taste, but overall not bad.
