pours wheat like haze colour with ustable creamy white head. Aroma is gorgeous: Without any note of an alcohol. Prevails esters of tropical and mediterranean fruits (grapefruit, mango, lemon, pinneapple), with hints of wheat. Flavor: Fruity / sweet taste with very well balanced malts sweetness (notes of caramel, wheat) and hop bitterness (esters of tropical and mediterranean fruits). Alcohol is mild-low noticable only in finish. Both, malt swetness and hop bitterness are medium to high, finish is long lasting caramel/fruity sweet, bitter and slightly dry. Body is soft. Carbonation is soft. Very proper imperial ipa.

Flanfl (279) - Bordeaux, FRANCE - AUG 20, 2015
Slightly cloudy orange body, medium white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, light caramel, dried fruits like plum. Flavour of dried fruits, I felt more plum, caramel, bitter backbone. Finish has dried fruits with a good bitterness and ends up dry. Quite good even if the blend citrus/plum is kinda weird. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

dfearnley (1290) - Alberta, CANADA - JUL 31, 2015
Bottle to tulip Grass, tropical fruit, pine, mango, and caramel. Sludgey orange with lots of particulates nestling in the bottom of the glass. There’s a smallish white ringed head and no effervescence. Taste is grapefruit, tropical fruit, bubble gum, some booziness, and loads of bitterness.

Bottle - Mandarin and stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Mellow stone fruit, sweet orange and a bit of caramel. Light and sweet, some syrupy notes and a very light pithy bitterness in the finish. Easy drinking and nice, maybe a bit to understated.
