2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours amber with a 1 finger, eggshell head that has nice retention and has a little lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, citrus hops and a touch of mineral water. Flavor is caramel, cereal grain, heavy toast, mineral water and light citrus hops. Palate is light bodied and slick, but dry with a copper and iron mineral backing, a bit like I bit my mouth bad enough for it to bleed and then washed it down with a carbonated beverage. Weird, this is really like a middle of the road Amber Ale mixed with a healthy dose of blood minerals.

Pretty nice amber ale with good flavor and a nice mouthfeel. Much better than the last Cricket Hill beer I had, i was a little worried.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Malty and a bit sweet. A bit watery in the finish with hints of bitter hoppiness as well. Easy to drink.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not much in the way of aroma apart from some faint malty aromas. Lightly roasted in the flavor, not as sweet as most amber ales. Drinkable but far too faint in flavor.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Roasty balanced ale. Medium bodied and done well but nothing stands out to me... a bit flat and safe.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a very slightly hazy copper color with a nice off-white head that leaves enticing lace. The aroma is of amber malt and citric and resinous hops. Delicious and balanced, and the flavor follows suit. Not too physically "out-standing", but definitely very balanced--an ideal session brew. Medium body and carbonation. Overall: a great session beer.

Bottle from Half Time. Itís a wild foamer. Clear copper with an off-white head. Roast caramel aroma with a citrus hint. Fullish body with a very foamy carb. Amber/caramel malt with moderate citrus hop. Wild thing! Síok, but donít make my heart sing.
