COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The East Coast Lager is an easy drinking “golden” lager with a wonderful balance of crisp malt flavors and flowery hop finish. Built specifically with very low bitter aftertaste, the aroma is as clean as the taste. A difficult beer to brew because of the gentleness… this beer is magnificent!

Bottle.
Appearance: Slightly to moderately hazy golden body with a tall and dense white head that sticks around for a while.
Aroma: The smell is of corn and malt sweetness, hints of florallnes, but overall like a poor unfinished homebrew.
Taste: Mildly sweet, tastes underattenuated and very poor quality homebrew like. Malts are prominent, but that’s not saying there’s a lot of flavor in it. There are no flaws but this is pretty bad.
Palate: Full-bodied, mildly carbonated. Not crisp at all.
Overall: I am sorry dudes, but I can’t find a redeeming quality in this. If I spent $11 on a six pack of this I’d be very pissed.

Dark Golden light amber no head; semi sweet malty aroma; Flava is fresh grain malt with notes of some hops and citrus(orange?) very robust full flavor; feels light crisp decent fizz; finishes dry and malty slightly roasty grain and a tart hint of lemon

Usually a fan of both lagers and Cricket Hill, wasn’t a huge fan of this one. A bit on the too hoppy side for a lager. Good golden color. This one just didn’t do it for me.

Golden pour with a white head. Sweet malt aroma with some grassy notes. Flavor is predominantly sweet malts with some subtle floral hop notes in the finish. Not too shabby for a pale lager. Thanks to Mikeq215 for hooking me up with a bottle!

drank last day of August out east on LI, 12 fl oz brown bottle in a beer koozie, slight sample of aroma, definitely deserves to be poured into a pint glass if available, lingers on your palette, solid lager ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Single bottle from HyVee, Davenport. Hm, pours a golden color when my impression of an "East Coast" lager is shaped by the more amber colored Sams and Brooklyns and Yuengling. But okay. Sudsy head, lots of bubbles clinging to side, and a pronounced papery oxidation smell under the cap make this look like a bowling alley beer. I can catch a small amount of malt on the nose, nothing huge. But then, an agreeably malty taste with some peppery German hops right up front. Thought I caught a bit of extra saccharine, but it slipped away again. Finishes up nice and malty, just don’t know what this has that keeps it from being called a pilsener.

Bottle. Golden yellow with a white head. A bit on the bland side, yet drinkable. Malt, grass, yeast and floral aromas.
