Commercial Description:
The East Coast Lager is an easy drinking “golden” lager with a wonderful balance of crisp malt flavors and flowery hop finish. Built specifically with very low bitter aftertaste, the aroma is as clean as the taste. A difficult beer to brew because of the gentleness… this beer is magnificent!

Bottle at Noogfest Four-O. Pours yellow with white head. The aroma is corn and sugar with some odd lawn waste notes. The flavor is sweetish with some lemon sharpness. A bit on the boring side, but drinkable.

Tasted at Noogfest 4.0 (2008). This pale lager pours a light gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is grass and grain, touch of corn. A medium to light bodied lager. The malts are grass and grain, with a hint of corn. The hops are mild and slightly spicy. Lively carbonation. A crisp and clean tasting pale lager. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
