COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No mere beverage could satisfy the thirst of the courageous and gallant soldiers who stood guard over the colonies of the British Empire. Their thirst could only be quenched by a full-bodied hearty Ale; an Ale balanced with rich flavorful hops. We are proud to offer our interpretation of this English style India Pale Ale for those who loong for the time when once your duty was complete, the taste of a fine Ale was reward enough for a job well done.

Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is grass, citrus and pine. Taste is bitter with a touch of sweetness. Medium bodied, lively carbonation and sticky finish. Bottle was fresh and I thought this was pretty solid and cannot figure why such poor ratings.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Yael. Pours hazy amber with a small white head. Fruity, faint hop and cake aroma. Soft bitterness, a little dry in the mouth. Chewy, medium-to-full body, fruity finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Yael. Hazy golden. Hoppy aroma with overripe fruits, herbal and floral notes and a bit of yeast. Flavor of fruity and floral hops, light sweetish malt notes and a bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied. Nice and quaffable.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a long lasting fluffy, white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of citrusy hops, biscuit malt pears and oranges. Body is medium and tangy. Citrusy hops, pale malt and ripe fruit fill the mouth. Long grapefruity finish. OK IPA.

Pours hazy amber-orange with a small, off-white head. Scent is light orange... Taste is lightly malted, citrus, madium hop bitter. Mild and tame...easily drinkable. It’s ok, nothing outstanding, though.

Bottle to pint (thanks John). Looks solid; a transparent orange with foamy white head. Smells of English hops. Tastes like it smells within decent mouthfeel. A solid English IPA.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a moderate head. The nose on this is a little malty, but also smells like something has gone bad in it. Taste is a little malty, but not too bitter. Not a great IPA.

No real strong flavors. The name and label seem a tad ambitious. I'll drink it but I don't think I'll buy it again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
