Bottle. Nose is golden and citric with light yeast and a note of dankness. Pours brilliant clear golden with fiery orange accents and strong carbonation, a rocky-soapy white head. Medium body is relatively dry, lightly bitter, firmly malty with pleasant but minimal bread, touches of mineral and metal, crisp Champagne-style yeast. A little oily, no real booze showing through. It’s a bit curt and robotic, but there’s enough here to warm up to.

Rating this one a little higher than the average. Well not very exciting, it is tasty and grat session beer. Really a beer i think a lot of people would like including miller/coors drinkers.

Pours a pretty clear amber with a fairly thick and fluffy eggshell head. Weak aroma has malty and barely noticeable fruity and hoppy notes. Flavor, though, is better - if not spectacular, still enjoyable. Malty, a little hoppy, rather fruity (apple and pear, maybe a snip of cherry). Texture is smooth, fairly fizzy. Brewed for summer, but fine any time of year.

On tap. Poured a hazy orange/yellow color with a thick foamy white head. Aroma of bread, citrus, yeast, with a bit of funk. Taste of toasted bread, clove, black pepper, yeast, and some citrus.

Bottle shared by John at the Racetrack Gathering. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft sweet wheat, gentle musk on the nose, lightly herbal. Sweet musk. A bit empty. Little wheat, faint bitterness. A little lacking in flavor but quite drinkable.

Not a giant fan of this beer. The spiciness was a bit over the top. Tons of citrus, some bubble gum, and cloves. Tried in NYC in 2013.

Smells and tastes hoppy, not really a summer beer though. Golden in color and pretty carbonated.

Bottle, given to me by the one and only jcwattsrugger.
Pours a hazy golden with a small to medium sized head.

The aroma is pleasant and inviting, doughy with some coriander & some nice fruitiness. Vibrant and fruity without really smelling terribly sweet.

The flavor is similarly light and fruity, with some minerally character & some nice earthy bitterness. Just enough spicy zip, but without much defined or thankfully overwhelming spice character.
This could easily pass as a less spice forward witbier in a blind taste test, and a pretty good one at that. Satisfying in the way that Oberon is.

Amber with a medium head, decent lacing left behind. Aroma of bitter orange, yeast, banana, bubble gum. Light bodied, yeasty flavor profile, crisp finish, refreshing, packed with Belgian flavor, considering it’s a light bodied 4.5% session ale. Well done. Could easily have a few of these for breakfast (on a Saturday, of course).

Hints of cintrus govern the tastes of this beer. Had it when visiting family in New Jersey. Although a new experience the beer had very familiar tastes of other summer ales. Cheers!
