2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
In no way a Belgian ale--ABV is too low and it’s far, far too hoppy in its aroma, foretaste, and finish--but it has enough malt and other notes to keep things at least somewhat interesting if not quite enjoyable

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from bottle. Faint aroma of wet malt and citrus. Decent lookin gold amber with a bit of head. Tasting roasted malt, citrus hops, coriander, pepper, maybe a trace of melon. A pleasant surprise as I was expecting something much lighter.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from jcwattsrugger, thanks for the opportunity!
Pours a hazy deep golden color with a decent sized but quickly fading bubbly white head, Sweet bready malt aroma mixed with a fair amount of light fruit and hints of spice. The flavor is sweet bready malt with a bit more yeasty flavors than the aroma suggested. Light citric tartness and fruit round us out nicely. Medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation. A bit fuller in body than I normally associate with a summer brew, but honestly I’d rather drink this!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold to copper body with a one finger fizzy white head. The nose is pale malt, some light perfumy hops, Belgian yeast, and a slight sweetness. The flavor is pretty light and delicate with some light bitterness, and a touch of alcohol. There’s a little Belgian character and residual sweetness on the finish. Lighter bodied with fizzy lively carbonation and some light alcohol. Not the most interesting and complex Belgian ale, but it’s pretty interesting.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Blackstone, while watching the amazing World Cup action! There is nothing special here, but its an all right lager - it didn’t seem too Belgian to me. Light malty sweetness & mild hopping. A slice of lemon improves it a bit.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle. Pours amber with small, short-lasting, fluffy white head and good carbonation. Aroma is of grassy hops, caramel malt and some apples. Body is medium and smooth. Grassy hops, caramel malt and ripe fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long and semi-dry. Good session brew.
