Pours a amber-brown with mild carbonation. Aroma is mainly Cascade or possibly Chinook. Could use a bit more Chocolate malt, but otherwise a very drinkable and enjoyable brew. Nice to see Cricket Hill finally do something unique...............would be fantastic on nitro or cask!!!

pours dark brown, but rather transparent at the edges. Flavor is slightly sweet malt and a nice roasted barley aftertaste melded with slight hop bitterness. I don’t get a whole lot of hop character, but I suppose it comes through with the sweetness.

Copper pour with fluffy tan head and lace. Aroma is light toasted malt a hint of chocolate malt, and perfume hops. Sweet malt with a light resiny bitter finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Nice refreshing beer.
