Sampled draught at the brewpub. -certainly the best croatian craft beer, gold, almost hazy coloured, little fluffy head, great hop aroma with yaesty notes, well balanced sweetness with mild carbonation, nice hop finish

29/07 0.5 l draught at the brewpub. Had somewhat murky golden body with medium sized head. Nice unpasteurized hoppy aroma, grassy and dusty with some subtle malt as well, quite nice. Flavor was bitter with sour hop notes, quite dry with some malty notes rounding the flavor. Pretty full bodied, but still a bit disappointing although nice. Finish is very long and for my taste too dry, which ruins a beer a bit. Tastes exactly like German style pilsener. Nice beer, better than many craft beers, but still not something that could knock me down.

Sampled from a take away plastic bottle, so it might not be in peak condition and I’ll try to get it at the brewpub as soon as possible. A huge thanks to ogivlado for sharing this with me.
Poured a murky darker gold with a medium-big white head that collapsed quite quickly. And loudly. The nose was quite interesting, and the beer showed that it isn’t your run of the mill lager you can find at every brewpub in the area. The dusty hops make a mark, but there’s a good malt presence too, ending up somewhere between rice crispies and croquant. The mouthfeel is superb, "silky" is putting it mildy. A nice, strong dusty hoppy presence mingling with some maltiness (wood, rice crispies, croquant), ending in a long, strong for a lager hoppy aftertaste. Somewhat refreshing. I’m overrating this a bit (taking into consideration that it wasn’t fresh) and I really want to try this fresh now...

Sampled from take away PET bottle. Cloudy dark golden, rich but brief head. There is buttery malt in the aroma, but also some peachy acidity, probably from not being in top shape. The malt profile is excellent. Soft, buttery and rich, and it’s balanced by grassy hops leading to a finish with medium bitterness.
The shape of this beer is such that I would not normally rate it, but the current number of people that rate beer from Croatian brewpubs is not sufficient to yield a full score on Ratebeer, and this beer deserves recognition. I really would like to taste this beer fresh, and if someone is offended by my rating I will remove it.
