Not a bad Cider. Did not have much of a Sake taste.

Sample from a 22oz bottle. Mildly hazy white color. No head or lace. Medium body. Lighter, crisp carbonation, more dry finish. Crisp apples. Just a very light hint of the sake-like rice, works pretty well with the apple. Light tart taste. Solid, easy drinking, refreshing cider, not too sweet. I like seeing these types of creative ciders.

Apple and cinnamon in the aroma, vaguely reminiscent of breakfast cereal. Appearance is Fresca without the carbonation. For me, taste is more cider than sake (and I disagree with most of the other reviewers here). Pleasant enough if you’re in the mood for a change of pace, but nothing extraordinary.

Bottle pour. Sake is a good attempt at uniqueness but I don’t think I’m the biggest fan of it. Still good enough though.

Bottle. Murky milky yellow color, coca cola head. Aroma actually does remind me of sake, but that could just be my imagination. Taste s bitter lemon and apple flesh. Interesting.

Cider that smells and tastes like China. Oh, yeah, and its cloudy pear juice colored with no head, a fishy plasticy aroma and flavor, and reminds you of good times in Chi-town with your girlfriend. yea!

22 oz bottle. Pours a murky light yellow with barely any head just a faint ring. Aroma of rice and pears. Hint of apples. Very dry on the palate. Sake flavor dominates with a slight hint of soured apples on the backbone. Loads of carbonation. Exactly what the bottle says it is minus the "distinctive apple backbone." The apple is barely in there. Sour and disappointing.

Bottle from Warehouse Wine and Spirits in Spring Hill. Pours a hazy light yellow color with an ephemeral white head. Nose is some tart apple and some light pear with notes of rice. Flavor follows- some mild tart apple, a bit watery and hints of the sake yeast. Interesting, but a bit more one-dimensional than I thought.

Bottle. Pours a super-light almost white color with a very small head. Faint notes of apple in the smell, but it’s not strong. Taste is very light and almost sour - barely any apple in it at all. Not a fan.

Bottle.
Pours an average cloudy yellow with a nose of ricey plumb wine with light pear and apple. Flavor is apple, sweetened rice, and light grain. Average mouthfeel. Interesting.
