Bottle. Head is initially tiny, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is light yellow. Aroma is notes of apple juice, apple Jolly Rancher candy, and burnt plastic. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Funny...I just heard MillerCoors bought this company, but honestly this is already a macro style cider. The nose really couldn’t be much more artificial and alcopop-ish, like a Jolly Rancher in liquid form. No depth whatsoever. Sweet and fizzy in the mouth. Comical, really. If rustic ciders like Etienne Dupont are what you look for, you can scroll right past this stuff.

Bottle shared with my lovely wife. Pours a clear yellow to straw colored gold. Super sweet and bright on the nose, crisp and tangy. Medium bodied, sweet and a bit more cloying than I’d like based on the gorgeous nose. A touch of citric acid, subtle apple. Crisp, vibrant, but still a touch sweet. Dries out and moves into a very effervescent finish with a very faint touch of yeast and apple skins.

Sampled at Texas Beerfest. Pours A cloudy yellow with small frothy white head. The aroma is a strong apple and yeast. Thin mouthfeel with a crisp apple flavor and honey with a nice refreshing clean finish. Easy to drink a very good Cider from Crispin.

a bit more doughy in aroma than the others, sourdough, fresh grassy orchard air aromas. slightly sweeter, good clear apple tartness in the finish.

Bomber. Pours hazy highly carbonated off-gold color with little head. Nose is earthy apple, honey. Tastes of apple, earthy notes, honey, crisp finish, rather light palate with a lot of carbonation. Not bas as a cider, but not up to the great eisciders like La Face and Etienne Dupont, and doesn’t merit a huge score in the RB scoring system.

This is my first cider. It has a hazy amber color with a mild fruit aroma. Taste has some apples and honey. There is a mild tart but finishes with some sweetness. I would have it again.

Not usually huge into ciders, but this one was surprisingly enjoyable. Not over the top like so many are.

This is a go-to brew for my friend Lindsey, she was kind enough to pour me a small glass from her 22oz bottle over spring break. She says it’s best enjoyed with ice, but I didn’t add any to mine. Hazy pale yellow lemonade-like color, minimal white head. Really nice, smoother light carbonation. Nice, tart sweet taste. Some honey and apple aroma, a nice combo. A great cider, easy to drink... Pretty good.

Poured from a 22 oz bottle. The color is cloudy pale yellow as an unfiltered cider should be. Aromas of fruit prevail when pouring. Flavors of apple are prevelant and yeasty notes with just a touch of sweetness are present. This cider is full bodied with a clean finish. This is not a bad cider at all.

Smooth. Hits a little up front and then a nice smooth sweet finish with the tartness of the apple and sweetness from the honey. My wife, who is a non-drinker, absolutely loves this.

Wonderful tart clean apple aroma with a very slight funk. Cloudy light yellow appearance with medium carbonation. Smooth flavor of apple with a nice sweetness from the honey. One of the best ciders I have had. Very pleasent and drinkable.
