650ml bottle. Pours a hazy pear color with no head. Taste is of apple, wood, citrus and some honey. Similar aroma. Has a decent body with a clean, slight dry finish. Good, but not as great as what I had hoped.

Bottle split with my wife. Poursa hazy gold with no real head. Soft wood on the nose, a bit of yeast. Medium-bodied, soft apple, sweetness. A touch of tartness into the finish with some more yeast. Simple but tasty.

bhensonb (10367) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 11, 2013
Bottle from the Co-Op in Eureka, CA. Pours hazy perry color. Aroma is something brightly fruit sweet. Certainly not skin. It does suggest pear a bit. Med body. It’s quite fresh tasting, just lightly sweet, and a little apple skin does come out. Still, it’s not your standard cider. It’s quite tasty. Gets just a little towards astringent apple in the finish. Lovely stuff.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a minimal white head. Has a very apple smell with a dryness to it. Really crisp great apple flavor very lasting finish. Not too sweet, not too dry- just a nice balanced great cider! Would definitely get it again.

Bottle - Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Nose is pear, yogurt, vanilla, a little bread dough, and light sweetness. Taste is real yogurty, sweet pear and apple, and a nice yeastiness. Medium-bodied and slick. Good stuff.

Crisp apple and applesauce nose. Milky yellow, moderate effervescence. Dry, somewhat tart. Very clean, lacks character. Good, but fails to warrant premium pricing.

Slightly hazy, light yellow, sparkling. Fruity apple flavor--fresh, crisp, high quality--and a bright aroma. Excellent quality, very drinkable. (bottle, 2013 Ale Jail festival, St. Paul, MN)

Sweaty $6 bottle from New Beer Distributors. Pint glass. Gave it a nice swirl before pouring.
Creamy orange/grapefruit sort of body. Just a whimper of carbonation hiding underneath.
An appetizing apple/peach/banana punch scent, along with a starchy plain donut sort of smell.
Taste focuses more on peaches & mushy eating apples. Some lemon sourness. Yeasty spice, & a hardy amount of soda sweetness. Not much tartness. Very punch-like.
Very chalky texture. Light aspirin. Just a prick of acidic carbonation.
Surprisingly tasty. I can’t detect any of that industrial "Woodchuck-esque" runoff you sometimes get with these. Tough little yeasties. Cheers. :)

Bomber. Poured pale golden wirh a short, fizzy head. The aroma picked up lightly-spiced apple cider paired with bready notes and a touch of grass.. some funky yeast on the back of the nose. The flavor found dry, tart apple skins joined by dry bread and a kiss of pear meat.. more tart and tangy on the back end.. dry, refreshing finish. Light-medium bodied with fizzy carbonation on the palate.. dry and well-balanced.. nice drink.

Pours a hazy pale honey color. Aroma has nice sweet apple and faint bready notes. Flavor is significantly less sweet and has a very slight grassiness or green quality to it. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry and crisp with light apple and green notes.
