Pour is a hazy brownish gold, unfiltered look to it. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Smell is honey, apple, sweetness. Taste follows, but also has a vague vinegar and weird funkiness to it. I didn’t really like it at first, and it didn’t really grown on me either.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Atlanta, GA - Whole Foods - Briarcliff - 22 oz bomber. Hazy, light golden pour, no real head. Fresh, juicy, just cut apples kind of aroma. Flavor is full bodied and delicious apple flavor with some natural tasting Gala apple notes, a hint of sourness, some natural vanilla notes, not artificial at all. Decently thick mouthfeel. Pretty solid.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
It's the best hard cider I have had thus far. It's their sweeter variety as it has maple syrup in it.
But the sugar content is 8grams with 1.83 servings in this bottle.

Love this cider. Great taste even better nose. It’s even enjoyable to look at. Being unfiltered gives it a great mouth feel unlike most ciders.

Pours a slightly hazy gold from a bottle. Nose of honey and apples. Flavor is similar, slightly yeasty. Good cider.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at PIB 2015, pours a murky orange with a tiny head. Aroma is very yeasty, with dry apples and dirty yeast. Flavour brings out Belgian yeast, candied sugar, and medium sweet apples. As bad as it looks, it’s balanced well and tastes great. Really good.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a murky lemonade color with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of apples and yeast. Medium-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apples, herbal yeast and sweet maple. The finish is sweet and fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Decent overall.

much too sweet for my palate. very interesting take on a traditional cider, but the maple makes it over the top for me.

8 oz pour from room temperature 22oz bottle into stemmed wine glass. Hazy and completely opaque. Light yellow-orange. Mild carbonation. About what I?d expect from a nice cider. Aroma is very light. Syrup and apples. Mouthfeel is great. Surprisingly creamy. Crisp. Taste is great. Like a good sweet white wine. Strong tart apple taste of course. A little farmyard yeasty taste (but in a pleasant way). Very moderate sweetness. A nice lingering tartness left after every drink. Alcohol is very well hidden. A very good cider.
