European-style extra-dry over ice. The champagne of ciders; combining subtlety and sophistication; the epitome of unforced elegance. A crisp fresh apple bouquet with a brisk, refined finish that lingers on the palate.

355ml twist off clear bottle. Pale golden pour. It smells like sweet apple juice and jolly rnachers, it is both back sweetened and has "apple essence:" as an additive. The flavor is artificial apple through and through, it finishies dry but has just a twangy and off apple flavor, tastes extremely artificial.

Had higher hopes for this. Aroma is sweet gala apples with a hint of bakers sugar. Pours light blonde with a nice fizz but no real head. Taste is sweet apple juice and a bit of citrus zest. Not quite as mouth-cloying as their regular cider but certainly not dry. Worth one glass, not dry enough for two.

Rated on 11-16-2010 (Bottle) The appearance is a transparent pale yellow body, fizzy, lively, and fast rising carbonation. The aroma is sweet and green apples. The taste is sweet, green apples and a dry finish. The mouth feel is soft carbonation and this cider is light-medium bodied. I enjoyed the aroma more than the flavor as the presence of apples in the flavor was somewhat weak.

12oz clear bottle, with a twist-off cap. Clear pale whitish yellow color. Minimal white head. Some slowly ascending bubbles in the body, little loose lace. This apple flavor actually agrees with me. Not too tart, good skin flavor, nice juiciness. Tastes fresher, somehow. Good yeast quality, kind of champagney. Lightly tart taste, little sweet. Medium body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Avoids the viscous finish. I guess "extra-dry" is just starting to enter the realm of satisfactorily dry, for me. This is one of the more enjoyable, easy-to-get-through ciders I’ve had in a while. Nice bright fresh apple flavor. My kind of cider.
