COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by Sacramento Beer Week de Vere’s owners met with Crispin’s foothill brewer. Several Crispin ciders were sampled, and the owners in consultation with the brewer selected ingrediants to result in a unique new cider for de Vere’s. Hence, Crispin for de Vere’s.

Pours very gold. Not a light gold either. Aromas of sweetish ripe yellow and golden apples. Medium body! Flavor is slightly acrid - apple skin, with lots of apple. It’s got body,it’s crisp and clean, and it has solid flavor. Maybe the 2nd best cider I’ve ever had. 1st being landsdowne. :) Or maybe this is the best, after getting a sample of the landsdowne.
