COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bright over ice. Americas first light cider. Refreshingly light. Invigorating and full-flavored. A clean and cool, brisk and modern cider with delicate undertones that is deliciously bright and refreshing and often served with a lemon slice for a long cold spritzer-style refreshment.

Sparkling clear with few effervescent bubbles. Sugary apple pear aroma. Initial flavor hint of apple and quickly fades away.

Directly from a clear screw top 12 oz bottle. Very pale yellow. Pretty good smell, you know fruity apple somethin. Good first chug, sweeter and mild with plenty of sweetness. Goes down way too easy. Spritzer it is and I like spritzers. Sizzly fun with plenty of co2 bite. Friendly lovely kisses. Snappin thrillin sizzlin. Glad I picked this up. At $4, I almost did not. Finish? what finsh? you mean its all gone? Blast.

Very light yellow color with a few white bubbles. The aroma is full of apples with not too much else. The flavor is full of crisp apples with a little bit of sweetness and a little bit of tartness. Watery mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Moderately strong aroma of fresh and overripe apples. Hazy very pale yellow. Slightly dry, not excessively tart apple flavor. Crisp and refreshing.

Pale pour. Light apple and honey scent. Dry, tart and crappy apple flavor. Not good.

Bottled. Poured crystal-clear, very pale golden (almost like water) with no head or other sign of life. The aroma picked up essence of green apples with faint undertones of cinnamon and fresh paper.. smelled refreshing, but there wasn’t a whole lot to it. The flavor found tangy apple skins upfront that carried through to the finish.. again a little spice to it, but again there wasn’t much substance.. quick, dry finish with some aspartame. Watery on the palate, and it fell off the back quickly.. not bad, but weak.

Bottle at Mes Tasting. Clear pour no head. Laffy Taffy apple nose. Sweet flavor, pretty tart, mild apples. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Crisp, tart apple finish. Alright stuff.

"Super-Premium Quality" BO: 09810 Bottle. Gold-rimmed Ommegang stemware. No head, but lots of sparkles down below. Faint white gold color. Just beautiful in this glass. Caught a whiff of honeydew right as I popped the cap. Overall smell is melon & gummy bears. A little iffy. Taste is mostly dry, with fruity tones of pear, muted granny smiths, & lightly bitter lettuce. Finish shows a twinge of sweetness & decent acid before developing cottonmouth. Noticeable sulfites are minimal. Carbonation is very strong, & body coats about as much as ice water. Fits the occasion. Not as bland as other reviewers have suggested. Crispin isn’t rebadged Woodchuck. This also isn’t potent scrumpy. It’s crisp, dry, accessible, & pretty well made.

Bottle pour s very pale gold body with a light carbonation. Sweet appled tones with a hint of apple skins and a light soft sweetness. Soft and thin with not much else to speak of.

I haven’t rated a lot of ciders, but I thought this one was well done. Clear, with minmal fizz, a smell of tart apple skin, and a decent mouthfeel. Good on a hot day.

(12oz bottle thanks to thirdeye11) Smells like pear gummy candy (I have to say that I personally really like pear gummy candy so I don’t mind that too much but drinker beware). Hard to find any color on this. Tastes also like pear gummy candy. It’s not so much bad as just plain artificial.
