Crisp refreshing natural hard apple cider. Crisp over ice. A classically styled, but untraditional hard apple cider. Fruit forward, with a fresh, crunchy appley nose and a deliciously creamy, refreshingly crisp mouth feel.

Bottle pours a very light yellow with no head. Aroma is sweet and tart apple. Flavor is lightly tart apple cider with a clean finish. Nothing special, but enjoyable if you like cider.

Yes, a good selection from the US that aint too sweet. Too many US born ciders are way to sweet. Smell is crisp apple with a candy backbone. Taste is yummy yet dry. Fresh clean enjoyable. Good CO2. Fun, fresh clean enjoyable again. Goes down way easy.

A fairly average cider. Light yellow colour with a fast disappearing white foam. Low carbonation and an aroma of light apple and mild sweetness. Taste is a very light mouthfeel with a light sweet apple. Good everyday drink but nothing special.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2012 On tap at The Pub (great place) in downtown Louisville at Fourth Street Live and from bottle. Pours a bright crystal clear pale yellow with small bright white head (on top surface around edge of the glass) that dissapates quickly. Aroma is apple and taste is fresh sweet slightly earthy apple with a hint of creamyness. Refreshing.

Serving: Draft at the Nova Brewfest.
It pours a very light and pale yellow (bordering on white actually). No head to be found on this one. The nose has notes of fresh apples and some apple juice sweetness. The taste is light and sweet with notes of fresh, sweet apples. Light in body with medium to high carbonation and a short, clean finish. Not remarkable, but fairly tasty.
