COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp refreshing natural hard apple cider. Crisp over ice. A classically styled, but untraditional hard apple cider. Fruit forward, with a fresh, crunchy appley nose and a deliciously creamy, refreshingly crisp mouth feel.

Pale straw color, wispy thin white head. Very sweet, mild aroma, taste too. This one is just too sweet. No balance, needs more tartness and dryness, as it is, it tastes like slightly fermented apple juice.

The color is a light yellow with a white ring around the top of the liquid, and the aroma blends a not-too-heavy apple scent with a heavier current of yeast. The taste is slightly sweet and slightly sour, leaving a very crisp and tart flavor in the mouth despite how light it is overall. The palate fuses a light body, slick texture, dry finish, and a flat carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale straw gold body with a small fizzy white head that completely vanished. The nose is very apple juice like with just a bit of skins and some flowery notes. The flavor is on the drier side with a lot of crisp apple juice and some lighter baked apple notes. Mouthfeel is on the thinner side with lots of fizzy prickly carbonation. Pretty decent I suppose, but nothing that really makes it stand out from the majority of other ciders.

bottle. very pale golden with small head. pretty straightforward. good balance of sweet and tart, but nothing really unique here. i prefer some of the other crispin varieties to this one.

Can. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of apple’s with a spicy note. Mild, sweet flavour of apple’s and spices. Mild finish. Nothing special but drinkable.

Not a big fan of alcoholic ciders, so let’s move on. Light gold color with a fizzy head. Aroma and taste was of green apple and a tart finish.

Extremely light and clear, which I don’t like in a cider...why, I don’t know. Quite fruity aroma, but then a very quick finish. Easy drinking, not bad, and really nothing there. Crispin makes many good ciders, and even a couple great ones, so don’t buy this if you don’t have to. (bottle, 2013 Ale Jail festival, St. Paul, MN)

Tastes nice and well balanced between slightly dry and tart but too softly carbonated for me. Would be great a bit more bubbly. Still a solid cider.

Nice clean somewhat sweet cider. Lots of apples. No head. Just a nice clean and refreshing drink if you are looking for a sweet cider.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a light golden yellow, like pear juice with a thin white ring as the head. Taste is of fresh tart apples. Similar aroma. Has a nice clean body. Easy to drink, refreshing and quite enjoyable.
