This cider pours a piss yellow. The aromas are apples. The mouthfeel is very lively with lots of acidity.

Lighter yellow color. Aroma is apples, pears and white grapes. Flavor is heavy heavy on the apples and pears. Decent.

Very natural tasting cider, evoking dry winesap apples. Nose shows fresh squeezed apple juice with tannic peel. Flavor is much the same. Dry. Very little sweetness. Pours straw yellow with no head.

Bottle. Pours a very pale gold body with a fizzy white head. Tart waxy body wiht some light apple tones a hint of sulfer and a light spicy tone. Thin light crisp a hint of cider and a mild apple finish.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a faint, soft yellow with hardly any head. Aroma of sweet apples. Taste has a bit of tartness, but mainly sweet. Light and somewhat refreshing.
