Pours a clear golden color with a fizzy carbonation and short lived white head. Tart green apples, almost candy-like on the nose. Smells like the sour green apple ring candies. A bit of sweet apple juice along with some sugar. The flavor is really no different. Sour green apple candy, sugar, and a bit of apple juice. Light straw notes, maybe a touch of granny smith apple skin. Light and crisp on the palate.

Draft… Clear, light yellow cider with a small, fizzy, white head. The fruity bouquet imparts green apple flavored bubblegum and is a touch acidic. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is tart, tangy, lightly sweet and very refreshing. Finishes fruity, crisp, moderately tart and mildly sweet.

Pale straw coloured pour. Light carbonation. A nice soft apple sweetness with some crisp Granny Smith tartness. The aroma is a little bit fruity. There is a little bit of light sugary juicy quality to it. It’s simple, but decent.

355mL. Pours a very light straw to near green with high, bubbly, soda like carbonation. No head formation. Nose is plasticy, not very fresh, near phenol character. Taste is sour green apple Jolly Rancher, tart, really no sugary apple component remains. Instead, this feels more like a perry with white pear and white grape juice tartness and muted sweetness. Tangy, fairly refreshing finish. Nothing really offensive, but it misses all of the things that can make a cider wonderful.
