It smells very nice like most ciders do. It looks pale but that’s what I expect in a cider. It goes down very easy. I really get very little alcohol taste. Now the flaver. It’s not too sweet. It pretty mild like some home ciders problem is that it’s a bit weak. No way should you put ice in it. Anyhow it is good but I wouldn’t rush to buy it.

Green apple and pear nose. Clear champagne color and effervescene. Tart apple flavor, clean. Granny smith-ish, without being overly sour. Well done.

Yes, a good selection from the US that aint too sweet. Too many US born ciders are way to sweet. Smell is crisp apple with a candy backbone. Taste is yummy yet dry. Fresh clean enjoyable. Good CO2. Fun, fresh clean enjoyable again. Goes down way easy.

12oz. bottle, pretty nice, clean packaging, I think the clear bottle is smart. I’ll be honest. I don’t know very much about cider at all. I’d say my knowledge of cider is about 1/100th of my knowledge about beer. That said, I think this stuff is quite tasty. Pours a very pale golden color with some mild, fizzy carbonation, the thin head quickly subsiding, leaving streams of effervescence in the glass here and there. Nose of tart apple and faint honey. Flavor has a crisp, tart, almost green apple character, fresh and juicy, only briefly sweet up front, then finishing dry and clean. Refreshing and light on the palate, very light-bodied (about the same heft as straight apple juice). Served somewhat cold, this stuff even maintains its quality as it warms, but I did not try this over ice as suggested. That just isn’t really what I’m going for. It doesn’t need to be diluted by water because it already tastes good, and doesn’t need any extra help making it somehow more drinkable.

Sampled at Texas Beerfest. Pours a clear white with small white head. The aroma is apple and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a fruity apple and crisp finish. Easy to drink, a very impressive cider from Crispin.

This is a very clean smooth cider. Color is light, like a blonde ale, crispy and fizzy but no head. The flavor is like sweet apples no alcohol and no sugar or corn syrup. Closest to Apple’s I have tasted in a cider. Very smooth, light, delicious. Bottle from J Barleycorn.
