Commercial description Bare Naked is a stripped down, unencombered hard cider. Naturally fermented using "Forbidden Fruit" wit yeast and unpasteurized fresh-pressed apple juice. A secondary fermentation using sparkling wine yeast rounds out this bright, natural beauty. Softly sparkling and approachable. Free spirited and complex, without being complicated. An upfront fresh apple bouquet with enough grown up imagination and depth of character to be very interesting. Unfiltered and unfettered, straight from the tank. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names.
