COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boom, Boom. A big, bold swaggering cider, blended to the edge of dangerous. An American original. An authentic American rock ‘n roll cider.

Blended 3 times, using apple-wines aged in American rye whiskey barrels – Colfax Classic apple-wine plus a “Forbidden Fruit” experimental wit-style yeast fermentation. Final blend with unfiltered fresh-pressed Gravenstein apple juice.

ABV: 6.9%

Poured Appearance: Whiskey Cloudy. Slightly opaque.

Color: Rich golden orange.

Aroma: Mild moonshine Tennessee woods, soft spicy rye whiskey, ripe apple.

Flavor: Dry, subtly spicy rye whiskey, butterscotch, faint banana & ripe apple with mild apple-skin tannins. Full bodied sexy finish.

Final Blend: 63% fermented apple-wine, 23% Gravenstein fresh-pressed apple juice.

Unfiltered & blended from apple-wine straight from the rye whiskey barrels. Give a solid, firm bottoms-up tilt and swirl to disperse sediment evenly to best enjoy whiskey aromas and unique bouquet. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature, 50/55F, with or without 1 or 2 ice cubes.

Stagger Lee is most certainly worthy of aging in your cellar.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange color with an extremely short-lived white head. Aroma definitely has whiskey notes along with apple and hints of yeast. Very nice flavor with some booziness follows by oak in the finish. Quite tasty.

Pours hazy yellow orange, lots of sediment. Scents of honey and Apple, smoke and yeast. First taste of granny smith apples, hints of honey with a crisp acidity. Slightly bready yeast pervades the taste. Finishes very smokey with charred wood and whiskey notes. Took a break and let the drink warm up in the glass, whiskey tones begin to come out very strongly.

Bottle shared with my lovely wife. Pours a very hazy and cloudy gold with no head really aside from while it pours. Sweet fruit, a very faint hint of banana, warm rice, wood. Very complex on the nose. Quite interesting. Medium bodied, banana, warm apple compote, the faintest hint of whiskey. Vanilla and smooth wood, slow cooked apples. Really lovely stuff.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma has nice whisky notes...touch of vanilla...nice appley notes but subtle as if floral...and maybe im crazy but i get a faint hint of lavender. Flavor has soft apple goodness atop mild vanilla and smooth whisky and a touch of oak. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a lightly warming dry apple/whisky finish.

Pours a clear straw color with a short lived white head. Wow, a great nose. Nice sweetness from the apples with a really good whiskey character to it adding a nice vanilla note. A touch of spice and oak aroma, too. Sweet apples and vanilla along with rye and barrel spiciness. A nice bit of residual sugar to it as well. Really liked this one.

Bottle- Pours a very cloudy straw color. Very active carbonation. Nose has a bit of banana along with the apple. Very little of the apple comes out in the taste, instead there is some salt. Refreshingly abrupt in its feel.
