Tap at Bevog Festival. Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy, stable white head. Aroma of Belgian beer yeast, pepper, red apples, peaches, toast, grains, thyme, some floral notes as well. Very nice. Taste is bitter, tangy, with light sweet overtones. Full body with strong carbonation, very pleasant, creamy and lively.
A very good style example. It’s aromastic, with the right balance between yeast, fruits and more herbal and floral notes. A very rewarding beer and a good style example. Very rewarding.

Sample from a bottle at Mondial de la Biere in Montreal. Hazy golden body, huge dense white head with incredible retention. Aroma of herbs, yeast, lemon and watercress. Refreshing taste of lime, lemon, yeast and grass. Very light for the abv. Excellent finish of my tasting on that day.
