Draught@HBF2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, toffee, some mild acidicness and mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, citrus, sweet malts and some slight tart wooden notes.

Peachy fruity aroma. Come cookie-cutter wyelabs saison yeast aspects too. A bit watery, a bit thin. Classic farmhousy grainy body, softly spicy and tangy. Late finish is nice and dry,and has lovely fruitiness. Good balance. Not as grungy as some saisons, but definitely in the saison camp.

Draught. Pours dark orange in color with a thin white head. Fruity notes, some old plastic, orange peel and lemon juicyness in aroma. Orange peel, some light yeastyness and ripe tropical fruits in taste. Light bitterness as well. More orange peel in aftertaste. A bit too sweet towards the end to really be that enjoyable.

Pours golden color with a small head. Aroma of spices, citrus fruits and yeast. Flavour of citrus fruits, yeast, soap and spices. Decent but a bit stuffy.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, spices and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spices, sourness, yeast, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was spicy and bitter. A nice saison.

Aroma is yeasty with hints of citrus. Flavour is spicy and yeasty with some funky notes and hints of fruits. Quite typical spicy saison.

Pours a clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma of dried fruits, grainy malts and grass. Flavour of sweet dried malts, stuffy notes, gooseberries, grass and cardboard. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and a stuffy, malty, sourish finish. A bit weird.

Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of spices, fruits, grass and farmyard. Taste is smooth, fruity and spicy with notes of yeast and grass. Finish is fruity and smooth with some spicy notes. Okay, quite fruity saisin.

Pours cloudy orange. Smell is a whack of banana and clove with a sprinkle of pepper. Flavour is very sweet with a spicy aftertaste

Buona birra con inattese note alcoliche e buon bucquette agrumato, originale e ben bilanciata con un amaro ben definito e persistente, un po’ intenso per lo stile ma piacevole. Da provare.
