Oh cazzo forse era questa la migliore weizen? La pollifest lascia ricordi confusi.

Appearance: Light orange, hazy. Good amount of white head. Aroma: Wheat, lemon. Some fruit. Taste: More wheat, some lemon. Alcohol, actually. Slight bitterness. Info: 330ml bottle, 8/7-2011

Bevuta in bottiglia color giallo paglierino leggermente torbido con schiuma fine molto abbondante e persistente. Notevoli i profumi, banana su tutti ma anche frutta matura, al palato oltre alla banana si sente anche la fine speziatura ed un finale abbastanza secco. Ottima weizen di carattere e stile.

Weizen tipica bananosa, color giallo oro opaco, schiuma persistente finchè Marco non se l’è scolata tutta mannaggia a lui. Comunque un ottimo esemplare, la migliore hefe dell’IBF, davvero buona.

Hazy medium orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheaty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, herby, light banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100307]
