Tashi’s house, 28/05/08. Bottle courtesy of Mes, the utter ****! This is a beer that is almost certainly on special offer in Hell’s Off Licence. A wonderful use for corn syrup. It’s sickly, sticky yellow rubbish, independently brewed by idiots.

A Mes rate: bottle thanks to me (am I stupid? I should coco).
The bottle claims this is the "WORLDS BEST LAGER"...
As Dave points out, it IS actually the best lager in his flat. Damn this is vile. An insult to drinkers. Possibly even an insult to lager drinkers. It amazes me that this is not an InBev beer. It’s certainly worthy of their stamp of death.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Light citrus hoppy aroma. Light dry flavour with a mild bitterness. Flavour surely lacks the nice notes from the aroma and seems rather bland.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Straw with an OK head and a very thin aroma with notes of malt and a bit of citrus. The mouthfeel is flat. The flavour has light notes of malt and sweetness and a light citrussy bitterness. The overall impression is weak.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Can. Yellow-golden color. Dense and creamy low head. Candy-ish lemon aroma with whiffs of bready malts and grassy hops. Taste is sweet malts with some unfresh hops added. Empty, light sourish mouthfeel. Slim body. Short, faint bitter finish. Insignificant.
