COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Our Original Brew. No self respecting brewery should be without one. Light, Golden and designed for Vikings with Ginger hair. However, if you cross our palms with a bob or two we will not insist on the ginger hair. Actually with taxes, it is probably going to be more than that ! This brew has been created to dance with your senses and simply take your breath away. ( No we don’t mean choke! )

Cask (gravity) @ The 16th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2010, Reading, Berkshire England.

Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moth - mold - fusty, apple, light roasted - caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100429]

Cask, Croglin Castle Hotel, Kirkby Stephen. Dark brown session beer. Fresh tasting, slightly yeasty and grassy. but tasty, with a short sharp finish. My pint was a bit cloudy and was possibly put on a bit too early.
