4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
500ml Bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow (£3.20):
Strong hops & pine notes and to a lesser extent some tropical fruit ones as well. The beer smelt very refreshing and lively with a strong bitterness to it and some citrus, mango & grapefruit.
Bright amber with a thin, patchy lacing of bubbles. Some bubbles in the body too & a little lacing left on the sides of the glass.
Bitter pine hops upfront with some grapefruit & citrus from the nose. Some malts lingering at the back along with some tropical flavours and a few grassy hops too,.
Bitter with fruity flavours that help add to the sweet base of the beer. The drink is quite crisp, slightly dry iwith moderate carbonation &f a medium body.
Lively & quite refreshing with a great fruity and hopped base that was definitely American influenced. An excellent beer & one that Iíll be looking out for on-tap again around the Glasgow area.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized quite longlasting head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is some tropical fruits, nectar, a bit berryih along with some herbal notes too. Flavour is fruity, nectary, a bit resiny and wooden along with some spruce and pine to it as well. Mild maltiness, considering this is still somewhat "strong".

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
0,5L bottle BB 05.08.14. Pours slightly opaque golden with decent white head. The head stays for some time. It has nice lacing. Aroma: citrus, grass, pine. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, caramel, pine, some mango. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: a little bit too thin for my taste. It tastes a lot like hoppy lemonade.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Semi-cloudy yellow body, small head. Aroma has fresh juicy apricots and plums, some pineapple too. Nice fruity taste with a precisely measured bitterness and sweetness. I think itís the slightly higher ABV that helps to keep the sweetness in balance: many 4-5% ABV pale ales tend to be too sweet; this one is just right. Very drinkable and refreshingly summery beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours gold with a slowly fading head.
Nose shows peach, floral hops, biscuity malt and a little caramel.
More biscuity malt as a flavour along along with spicy, herbal and earthy hops. Very pleasant. Finishes with an assertive but balanced biterness.
Great moderately high carbonation.
