On tap at St Neots Beer Festival ’11. Pale gold. Very sweet dessert apple aroma, complete with peel. Rather nice. Taste is sweet with a little sourness. Just a hint of dryness. I liked this.

Cask (Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2011)
Apple aroma, almost pear in places. Very light yellow. Full of ripe apples, and possibly a bit of green apple too in the mouth. Nicely puckering, but also very soft in the mouth. A little bit of nail varnish in the finish.
