COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A straw gold coloured light hoppy beer, well balanced with some sweetness and a rising bitter finish, make this an excellent session beer. Very popular for events and parties.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2007. Copper, bit of a haze, lasting bubbly off white head. Farty yeast aroma, alright bitter. Enough hopo on end to be slightly bitter, but an undemanding bitter.

Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.

Clear medium orange colour with a small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110430]

Direct from the brewery. Golden amber with a ring of translucent head; sweet and earthy aroma; the taste has some earthy malts and light honey; before a crisp, biscuity finish. A really nice straightforward bitter.
