3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival, May 2008. Hazy amber. Surprisingly citric aroma - orange marmalade. Quite bitter Seville orange flavour. Mouthfeel has a firm bitterness, a little astringent on the finish. Not bad at all. Didnít find much malty or fruity character myself, so perhaps a little more balance would not have gone amiss for some drinkers .

A Mes rate:
Gravicask @ Reading Beer Festival. Solid brown colour with a decent head. Alcoholic marzipan nose with toffee and slight fruit and hops. Fruity notes come on strong in the flavour with some nice late hops too. Slightly watery in the mouth. Unusual dry yet sweet finish.
