COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light ruby coloured beer with a very dominant hoppy aroma. Full of flavour for its strength making it an excellent quaffing beer. As for the name - this was the first beer we ever made which marks the start up of the Crondall Brewery – an all in one Wedding Ale and Anniversary Ale! Available May.

1. Cask Stillage at Riverside Park, Newark 28/05/2005 Mid brown coloured and fruity with a hint of bitterness in a hoppy malt finish. (Yellow plastic cask)

Direct from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden amber with a trace of white head; fresh aroma of English hops; medium bodied with some caramel malts and light, dry, slightly peppery hops. Very drinkable.
